This ground-up new build in Southampton was a unique challenge, as LMS Design crafted every detail with the intention of selling the home. The design focused on perfecting the layout and flow, from the carefully selected paint colors and trim to the exterior details, windows, and single-color palette that ties the home together. Each space was thoughtfully designed to optimize functionality and appeal to potential buyers. The project also included a pool house with a kitchenette, bathroom, and changing room, completing the luxury outdoor living experience. This spec home showcases a sophisticated blend of style, practicality, and timeless design.
