This total restoration of a New York City apartment, executed during the pandemic, was a complete gut renovation, down to the studs. LMS Design focused on maximizing space usage and reorganization, overcoming the challenges of working in an urban environment. Custom-built cabinets and shelving were designed to optimize every inch, while the kitchen features luxurious quartzite countertops and top-of-the-line Miele, SubZero, and Wolf appliances. The home is outfitted with engineered wood flooring, Kalista plumbing fixtures, and exquisite tile from Ann Sachs and Artistic Tile. New custom furniture and a tailored closet design elevate the space, creating a refined and functional urban retreat.
