In this Hamptons remodeling project our client wanted to update a guest bathroom and powder room dating to the 1980s. Our goal was to make the spaces more functional and to give them an airy feel with lots of modern style. In the guest bathroom we updated the materials, knocked down walls and created a frameless glass shower enclosure with glass tile to open up the space. A new custom vanity and linen cabinet were added, complemented by the Carrara marble herringbone floor. The powder bath packs a lot of modern style into a small space. We reconfigured the room to maximize its function and used Cole & Son statement wallpaper in a bold geometric pattern and a sleek vanity with a Caesarstone quartz top to complete the look. LMS partnered with McCann Building Corp. on this project, photographed by Eric Striffler.
